About Our Mass Hysteria
Our Mass Hysteria was founded in 2011 by our CEO, Luminary. Luminary is the driving force behind OMH and all our products; she personally designs and produces each one, always looking to make a design better or improve the function of a piece. Luminary's personal suit Rusty is our official mascot, and won the Gen Con 2012 Cosplay Contest. Fantasy/Historical division.
Digitally, the website, artwork and store are manned by Frisket, a webcollie that has been responsible for creating and managing the Fuzzforge.com website as well as their social media presence. If you've ever sent an email to OMH, you'ver likely worked with Frisket!
We're always happy to see folks at shows and look forward to seeing you when you're in need of some fuzz!

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEB SITE, CONTACTING US, OR PLACING AN ORDER.
We (heretofore also referred to as OurMassHysteria) reserve the right to modify terms, conditions, and notices under the Fuzzforge website. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. By using, accessing, or browsing through this website, or placing a commission, you indicate that you agree to be bound by these terms. This site and its contents are exclusive property of Fuzzforge. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use, access, or browse the site. Fuzzforge reserves the right to change, modify, add or delete a portion or all of these Terms of Use and Conditions at any time without prior noitice or consent.
USE AND SITE CONTENT:

Except as stated below, the contents of this web site may not be copied, reproduced, uploaded, sold, distributed, displayed, downloaded, posted or transmitted in any form without prior expressed written permission by OurMassHysteria. Modification of the content or use of the content for any other purpose, on any other web site or networked computer environment, is prohibited.
You may print and download to a computer, disk, or electronic device, any content for the purpose of private and non-commercial use.

OurMassHysteria makes no warranty that it’s website or content is free form malicious or impairing computer programs or viruses. Under no circumstances will OurMassHysteria be responsible or liable to you or any other entity for any direct, compensatory, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages that result from or relate to your use of the web site, or reliance on any of the materials or to any errors, inaccuracies, omissions or defects.
We reserve the right to take and use photos of any costume that we have made, including posting photos to this, or any website, as long as we made the costume, or any part of the costume, have taken the photo, own the photo, or have permission to use the photo.
We do not give out, sell, or otherwise repurpose any personal information.
Terms and Conditions – Commissions:
WARRANTY AND PRICES:
Any price quotes are subject to change. OurMassHysteria reserves the right to deny service to any customer. All work is guaranteed until final arrival at the customer’s destination. Any unauthorized alteration not made by OurMassHysteria voids the thirty (30) day warranty. Warranty period begins from date of delivery. Warranty covers defects of material and construction. Normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
PAYMENTS:
OurMassHysteria provides payment invoices with a secure PayPal registry system. OurMassHysteria is a verified Paypal merchant. We are not responsible for lost or late payments.
Refunds for projects are processed through PayPal and are subject to fees; OurMassHysteria is not responsible for providing these fees.
Refunds for projects are available minus the non-refundable down payment. In the event of a refund, the project will be retained by OurMassHysteria and sold at its discretion. Full ownership of the project will be transferred to OurMassHysteria. (This does not include personal IP and will be altered to suit a mass market sale.) Projects are not sold in part; Projects are sold as a full unit and may not be purchased in part after the project has been commissioned.
AGE:
All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments.
WORK IN PROGRESS PHOTOS AND UPDATES:
Work in progress updates and photos will be available on a case by case basis. OurMassHysteria will not automatically send work in progress photos when requested due to the time constraints a project requires. Once a project is started, it is the intention of OurMassHysteria to follow the design that was agreed upon in the initial contact phase of the commission.
SHIPPING:
Shipping is included in the price for any commission within the contiguous United States. We ship with USPS and require a signature upon delivery. All orders are equipped with tracking and delivery notification.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
CONTRACT:
Anything agreed upon by both parties in writing, including email, is a binding contract. By accepting a commission from OurMassHysteria, you agree upon all terms of service. OurMassHysteria stores digital copies of all communication for our records, and we advise you to do the same.
